This Nut Butter Cookie Dough Freezer Fudge is a simple, tasty treat made with 6 ingredients that you can whip up to satisfy your sweet tooth.
I've been making nut butter cookie dough freezer fudge for a long time, because it's a great way to have a sweet bite of something after a meal. Especially in late summer, when I don't want to even turn on the stove, this fudge straight from the freezer is a welcome treat. I love the texture of real fudge, which takes less wholesome ingredients and more time to make - so this has become a wonderful substitute.
While I've written the recipe below for any type of nut or seed butter you'd like to use, my two favorite variations are below:
Salted Tahini Fudge: Use 1/2 cup almond butter and 1/2 cup tahini in place of 1 cup of nut butter. Sprinkle sea salt flakes over the top.
Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Fudge: Use 1 cup cashew butter in place of 1 cup of nut butter. I find this is the most neutral nut butter that really makes it taste like cookie dough!
